Halloween 2010 !!!!!

What a great Halloween the Wilson's had. Chase was a lion. I searched and searched for weeks and finally found the right costume !!! When it arrived (on Wednesday) it had a few snaps missing. A very ANGRY mommy called and made sure that we had a new one by Friday. The woman on the other end of the phone must have heard the frustration in my voice because it got here in time with no pieces of the costume missing. We went to Nana and Papa's house and trick-or-treated the great-grandparents and a few close family friends. By that time ,we had a very tired lion so we headed back to Nana and Papa's house for chilli  :) Chase was such a ham !!! He loved trick-or-treating and was a hit at every house we went to. What a great kick off to the holiday season !!! Now on to Thanksgiving  !!!!! Gobble Gobble :)

The Wilson's head to Chuck-E-Cheese.

Ahh yes Chuck E Cheese !! The perfect place for a 5 year wedding anniversary. Actually as "corny" as this may sound to some, Chase is here because of Chad and I meeting, falling in love and getting married. Why on earth would we not include him in the celebration.  This is a place that both my husband and son enjoy!!! I am not sure who ate their pizza faster, Chase or Chad knowing that after eating they could play ;) This was the first Chuck-E-Cheese experience for the Wilson's and we had a blast. Chase loved the games and enjoyed "people watching." He is such a friendly kid, other children would walk by and he would just laugh and wave. Ahh my little man the politician, always out their talking to his peeps !!! I must say the pizza was better than I remember as a kid and watching Chase happy and having fun is something that warms my heart like nothing else in the world.  Here are a few pics from the trip.........sorry it's been a month since we went and I am just now posting........Slacker, I know !!

To Infinity and Beyond................or atleast to the end of the driveway...

If there is one thing that Chase could do for hours is........yep, you guessed it.....taking a ride on his 4-wheeler with his co-pilot Buzz Lightyear leading the way. Many evenings after work, Chad and Chase head outside to do a little father/son bonding........until mom yells from the kitchen window...."Stop he is going to get hurt!!" This evening I was making dinner and all I heard was a door shut... I followed my two boys outside and there they were, riding the 4-Wheeler......and blowing bubbles, what a combination ;) I grabbed the camera and took a few pics !!

Wiggles........The answer to the teeth brushing dilema.........

Ahhh the Wiggles,  (for those that aren't familiar...............)are a singing/dancing children's group from Australia. I happened upon them one day and since Chase loves to dance thought I would let him watch it......Whoops !!!! My son LOVES the Wiggles !!! He laughs and claps and gives mommy hugs and kisses when they come on. Although they are about to drive Chad and I nuts because we now walk around singing the songs out loud.......we have found a very helpful use for these 4 gentlemen. Due to Chase's constant need to be moving every minute of the day, it's a tad bit hard to get the boy to stop long enough to brush his teeth. Guess what..............If you put the Wiggles on......he sits still.........and let's mommy brush his teeth !!! I have added a photo for proof. Note: He isn't looking at the camera but the TV rather.

I thought I would share a recent picture of Chase. He is a HUGE fan of The Wiggles and he watches them every morning. It's the only time that he sits still long enough for me to take his picture :)

I have joined the world of blogging............

Hello Everyone,
Well, I have decided to become a blogger..........it's the fastest and most efficient way I can think of to keep everyone up to date on the Wilson's. I am terrible about keeping pics and information up to date and this might help me to do so. The most current update is that I am now staying at home with Chase. I have enjoyed every single moment. I am now considering opening a daycare here at our house. More information about that will come later but for right now that is what we are looking into. Chad is still working at the corporate office here in Pittsburg, he is now traveling a little more, not fond of that myself but Chase and I can keep everything running while he is away ;) That's the short version of what's new with us. Now let's hope I can keep up with the blog ;) Mr. Chase keeps me busy :)
